Every student must be registered each year before the start of school.
Online registration is open from July 17 - July 28. Log in to your Power School parent account and select Online Registration for each child in your account.
If you do not have access to a computer or need assistance, you may come to Hershey at one of the following times:
Thursday, August 3rd 12:00 - 7:00 pm
Friday, August 4th 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
BOOK RENTAL FEES
Book Rental fees may be paid online with a credit card via the Power School parent portal or at Hershey with cash or check payable to Hershey Elementary. Payments for siblings may be combined into one check; however, Book Rental fees cannot be combined with any other payments (i.e., cafe account).

We welcome volunteers in several capacities at Hershey. TSC Policy requires each volunteer who is in direct contact with students to submit a Limited Criminal History Record Check every year. Volunteers must complete and submit a Volunteer Information Form before volunteering. We request all parents complete a form for our files. Background checks will be run as needed. Blank forms will be available in classrooms during Meet Your Teacher Night or you may print the form from any TSC web page and submit to the Hershey Office at your convenience. Background checks will be run by the Hershey Office and kept on file and confidential.
